I’m thrilled to announce that I am sponsoring the second annual Home and Hearth Art Prize, and it features an exciting total prize pool of $5000.

Home And Hearth Art Prize Theme

The theme for this wonderful acquisitive art prize is “interpretive”. It can feature whatever “My Highlands Home” means to you. Think: our beautiful valleys, mountains, sheds, cattle, cafes, or people.

The only condition is that entrants’ inspiration must come from within the area of our very own beautiful Southern Highlands, which will be an easy task.

Home and Hearth Art Prize exhibition will open on Friday August 2 at 6.30pm.

Celebrated Sydney artist Amanda Penrose Hart will judge the prize. I will announce the winner the night.

How To Enter

The entries for the Home and Hearth Art prize will be on exhibit at the gallery until August 11. We have received some fantastic entries, so the exhibition will be incredible.

  • First Prize $4000 (acquisitive)
  • Second Prize $1000
  • People’s Choice $200.
