Asian Fusion must be one of the most deliciously fabulous ways to eat and we are so lucky to have The Bowral Asian Cuisine here in the Highlands. Of course, we have plenty of Asian cuisine here, but this one is so special.
It’s the brainchild of the talented team who brought us Bangkok House in Mittagong and Home No. 9 in Bowral. Considering it’s almost next door to my office, and both myself and my team adore Asian food, we are beside ourselves and visit regularly.

Asian Fusion Made With Love
The owners say, “our food is made with love and passion,” and that’s obvious to see (and taste!). The restaurant serves a range of different Asian cuisines, from Chinese to Thai to even Vietnamese and its standards are of the highest. Indeed, our table gobbled up everything, without leaving a scrap, even though we definitely over-ordered.
Everything on offer screams flavour and includes mouthwatering options such as Salt and Pepper Tofu, Corn Fritters, Fluffy Crab Omelette and Spring Rolls for entrée. Then there’s Duck Pancakes and Satay Skewers, which will knock your socks off. Main meals include offerings like Vegetable Green Curry, Extraordinary Pad Thai, Beef Massaman Curry and Beef with Lime Leaf and Asian Salad.

Feast Your Eyes
The Bowral Asian Cuisine doesn’t just satiate your appetite – it’s a feast for your eyes, too. With stunning murals on the walls and a warm atmosphere with beautiful architectural designs that temper the acoustics so it never becomes too noisy, you may never wish to leave.

The staff is amazing too and were able to cater to our every need.
Is it my new favourite eatery on Bong Bong Street? It might just be, but don’t tell anyone I said that – haha!
Oh and don’t forget, it’s BYO, but luckily is just across the road from The Bowral Hotel, which has a fab bottle shop that stocks plenty of lovely local wines.
