A fantastic new art exhibition in Berrima – A Butcher, A Baker, A Bunch of Makers, is now in full swing. it is showcasing the best of the Highlands’ artistic community, as well as some of our greatest food producers. Expect to see sculptures, landscapes, weave art and so much more!

The inaugural digital art exhibition is running every Wednesday through to Sunday. It is being held at The Story Centre in HD, Berrima District Museum, until August 11, 2019. It’s also open every day of the upcoming school holidays.

Art Exhibition Showcasing Our Best Creators

The exhibition will bring to life the stories of our wonderful local makers in their own words, featuring stunning imagery and artwork captured by local photographer Ashley Mackevicius.

The photography features works by sculptor David Ball and weavers Natalie Miller and Brooke Munro. There’s also works by painter James King, metal artist Heidi McGeogh and Berrima leatherworker Trevor Jones. Sturt Gallery and Studios, Moonacres Kitchen, Maugers Meats and a host of other highly talented local producers will also be featured.

Entry is $10 for adults, $8 for Concession and Seniors. Adults with groups of 20 or more are $8 per person, with school children in a group is $6 each. Children are free but must be accompanied by an adult.
