Classes here are focused on Vinyasa style of yoga. Its dynamic nature means a degree of muscular strength is required. So, it’s a great class if you already have some level of fitness. It will work to support your other fitness activities, as well as support mobility and flexibility. Never fear beginners! The poses and flows can be adjusted to suit all levels. Your instructor will support and guide you through your progression of practice.
